1. The year is divided into different price bands.  Follow the 'Price Bands Explained' link for details.

2. Bookings run on a Saturday to Saturday basis unless stated otherwise in the description.and from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, to 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

3. All properties have toilets/bathrooms and/or shower rooms and are equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery etc. Duvets and/or blankets and pillows are provided. Unless otherwise stated in the description, you must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels etc.

4. A cot is provided only if stated in the property details. Generally speaking, cot linen is not provided so you should bring your own.

5. All distances quoted are approximate, and should be taken only as a rough guide.

6. All properties are completely self-contained. However, under some circumstances, as on working farms for example, there may be owners living on-site or nearby.

7. Our competitively-priced Cancellation Protection Scheme allows for the return of monies paid should you be forced to cancel your holiday. Full details on our 'Smallprint' page.

8. For Bookings made less than 51 days before the commencement of the holiday, the full rental is payable upon booking.

9. All prices are per property, per week, and are inclusive of V.A.T. where applicable.

10. Some properties offer off-peak weekend breaks. When they do, the price quoted is for 2 or 3 nights in price band D only, in which case the full rental, plus the Booking Fee and any other extras, is payable upon booking. Cancellation Protection is not offered on holidays of less than 7 days duration.

11.The number of beds in each bedroom is shown within brackets, therefore a bedroom designated (1D 2B) will have a double bed and a set of bunks; a bedroom with two single beds will be shown as (2S); a double bedroom will be shown as (1D); a triple room will be shown as (3S); a family room with a double and two singles will be (1D 2S) and so on.

12. The external links to Google Map serve only to give a rough idea of a property's location. They are based on the post code of the property and are therefore not 100% accurate.
