Last Minute Bookings

Why can't you book your last-minute holiday online?

Because we want to avoid the scenario of someone making
a booking late on Friday evening to arrive on the following Monday
when there is no "human" in the office to liase with
property owners and caretakers!

If a property shows as being available online, and comes up
with "NO VACANCIES ON THIS DATE" it is because the booking system
is preventing you from booking as it's too close to the holiday start date.

So, if your holiday start date is within 6 days or less
you must book in the conventional way - by phone or email.

If it's by email, you'll be asked to download our Last Minute Booking Form,
edit it in a text editor, and email it to us. Then phone us with your card details.

We'll then confirm your booking by return email and send
you directions as to how to find the property etc.

Booking Form showing "No vacancies at this time!" even if the date is available? Selecting a different date & then the original date resolves the issue.
