PAYING THE BALANCE OF HIRE

• Unless you have paid in full at the time of booking, the balance of the hire fee is due 50 days before the commencement of the holiday.
  
  
• We will issue you with a reminder and remittance slip a week or so before your balance is due.
  
  
• Payments must be made to the Agency, not to the owner.
  
  
• The balance can be paid by cheque or debit card. Debit cards drawn on a personal bank account incur no extra fee.
  
  
• If you pay your balance by Credit Card, PayPal, or a debit card drawn against a business account, please add 3% to your balance.
  
  
• International clients can pay directly into our bank account. Email us for our account details. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling (Great Britain Pound GBP). Please add £10 to the total amount to cover the bank charges and currency conversion rates.
