The amount you need to send depends upon whether you are booking from the brochure or booking online:

If you are booking online:

• The deposit is fixed at 40% and this will be automatically calculated for you on the Book Now page.

• The cancellation fee is based on the net brochure price of the property and fluctuates according to the price band. This has already been calculated for you so please make sure that you select the correct price band in the EXTRAS section of the Booking Form.  If you do not select the correct option, we will adjust the figures accordingly and this will be reflected in the balance of hire.
  

• Our Agency Booking Fee of £16 per week will be automatically added to your total.

If you are booking from the brochure:

• The deposit fluctuates according to the rental - see table below.

• The cancellation fee is based on the net brochure price of the property and fluctuates according to the price band. Calculate how much to send by using the see table below.

• Once you've worked out the Initial Payment, you must then add our Agency Booking Fee of £16 per week to the amount.

• If your booking falls into two different price bands, you must calculate the payment accordingly.

• All figures are per property per week.

• Remember: The Deposit + Cancellation Fee = Initial Payment.

If you chose to opt out of our Cancellation Protection Scheme your choices are:

1. You can book by post, and pay for the holiday IN FULL
   
2. You can book online but the booking must be less than 7 weeks away and you must pay IN FULL
3. You can book by post and include valid travel insurance with your Booking Form. This cannot be sent retrospectively.
