IF YOU BOOK ONLINE:

  • The deposit is fixed at 30% and this will be automatically calculated for you on the Book Now page. This will include any extras selected at checkout.

  • Our Agency Booking Fee of £20 per week will be automatically added to your total.

  • If you book online, you will be redirected to PayPal to make your payment. You do not need a PayPal account and you will not have to register for one if you don't want to!



IF YOU BOOK OUT OF THE 2012 BROCHURE:

  • 1. The deposit required is 30% of the net weekly rental - please do not include any chargeable extras such as linen or fuel charges.

  • 2. There is a minimum deposit of £80 per week.

  • 3. If your booking falls into two different price bands, you must calculate the payment accordingly.

  • 4. Please round up the figure to the next whole pound and then add our £20 per week booking fee.

  • 5. If you book by phone or email, you can pay by cheque, debit card or credit card.

PAYMENT METHODS:
  • We prefer payment by cheque.  However, we accept most major debit and credit cards (though not American Express).

  • Debit cards drawn on a personal bank account incur no extra fee.

  • If you pay by Credit Card or a debit card drawn against a business account, please add 3% to your payment.

  • International clients can pay directly into our bank account. Email us for our account details. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling (Great Britain Pound GBP). Please add £10 to the total amount to cover the bank charges and currency conversion rates.
