Although of conventional construction, the exterior of this delightful bungalow has been clad in cedarwood to harmonize with its surroundings.  Sheltered by trees, and set in over an acre of landscaped gardens, it is in the grounds of a superior country residence, part of which dates to the 16th century, and in Victorian times, formed part of the Plas Boduan Estate.  South-facing, it is easy to see why the grounds used to be the kitchen garden for the ‘Plas’, and some of that original architecture can still be seen today. Its raised decked patio catches the sun all day, and has patio furniture. 5-burner gas barbecue available by request.  It comprises of an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen - the lounge area has Freeview TV, DVD and video (a range of videos are provided), whilst the fitted kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. Separate utility room with automatic washing machine.  There are 2 bedrooms, as well as a nicely-tiled bathroom/toilet with overbath shower.  Bunk beds are sturdy enough for adults.  Duvets provided -  bed linen available by arrangement at £5 per bed.  Cot available.  Electricity included. Central heating £15 per week. Complimentary flowers on arrival.   Ample parking.  For those with mobility problems, there is a pathway to the far side of the bungalow.
