This comfortable chalet is situated on a small farm some three miles north of the popular seaside resort of Cricieth.  The accommodation comprises: a lounge/diner/kitchen with electric fire and Freesat TV; a well-equipped kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, food mixer etc.; a shower room/toilet with hip-bath; and three bedrooms.  Bed linen provided free of charge.  Wall mounted convector heaters throughout - electricity by £1 coin meter.  Hot water heated by gas - gas included in the rental.  From the lounge, a patio door opens onto a ranch style decked area, which takes full advantage of the uninterrupted view over open countryside and across to the St. Tudwal’s Islands in Cardigan Bay.  Within the grounds of the farmhouse, there is an exterior utility room with automatic washing machine, as well as a children’s play area with a swing, slide, and swingball.  The latter are occasionally shared by the owner’s grandchildren and although hirers are most welcome to use them, it is upon the clear understanding that they do so entirely at their own risk.  Patio furniture and barbecue.  Parking.  Friday changeovers.  Non-smokers only.  No pets.
