Situated in an elevated position above the village of Llanaelhaearn, this characterful, detached, stone cottage enjoys an uninterrupted view out to sea.  Centrally located, it is a rambler’s or cyclists paradise, whilst being only a 15 minute drive from some of Lleyn’s most beautiful beaches.  Sympathetically converted from the former pigsties, and with the retention of many of its original features, stone walls, slate floors, and low ceilings, it is full of charm and character.  Accommodation comprises: spacious lounge/diner/kitchen, with stone inglenook, multi-fuel stove (first basket of logs free of charge, more can be purchased from the owner), fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV/DVD etc.; wetroom with shower/toilet. There are two single bedrooms on the ground floor, and tucked away under the eaves, there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bath/toilet and a folding single bed.  Cot available. Bed linen provided.  Wall-mounted electric heaters - electricity included in rental.  Enclosed garden at the rear with barbecue and patio set.  Two well-behaved dogs welcome - kennelling can be provided if required.  There is also a paddock for your horse.  As an added bonus, the owner can, by prior arrangement, stock up your fridge or freezer with a choice of home made ready meals.  Ample parking.  Couples Discount of £40 in B, C and D (excluding any school holiday periods).
