Ideally located, within just a mile and a half away from the popular watersports centre of Abersoch, this comfortable farmhouse is situated on a working farm in an elevated position, and looks out over open countryside.  At Abersoch, there is also a popular 18-hole golf course, hence this being a great location for a family holiday or a golfing break.  With sea views from its upper windows, it comprises: small sunlounge/porch area; lounge with a lovely Welsh dresser, TV with Sky+, DVD, inset electric fire and a selection of games;  fitted farmhouse-style kitchen/diner with TV, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc.; upstairs bathroom/toilet with overbath electric shower;  and four well-fitted bedrooms, two of which have vanity units.  Duvets and all bed linen provided free of charge - though please bring bedding for the single sofa bed (in one of the bedrooms) if you need to use it.  Storage heaters in lounge and on landing - £10 per week extra.  All other electricity included in rental.  Parking for several vehicles.  Washing machine and freezer space in a separate utility room, which is shared with the owner.  Use of tumble drier by arrangement with owner at extra charge.  Garden with patio furniture and barbecue.  Couples Discounts of £35 in bands B and C (excluding any half terms or school holiday weeks).
