With Nefyn, Morfa Nefyn and Porthdinllaen beaches all within a few minutes’ drive, this little semi-detached cottage, tucked into the hillside above the village of Llithfaen, is ideally situated for exploring the Peninsula.  The nearby Iron Age fort at Tre’r Ceiri and the Lleyn Coastal path make it ideal for walkers, and at the end of the day, a warm welcome and good food awaits at the community-run village pub/restaurant, just down the road! Completely refurbished in 2011, it comprises: fitted kitchen/diner with elec. cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, auto. washing machine etc.; lounge with Freeview TV/DVD and a cast-iron multi-fuel stove (first bag of logs provided, more available at cost).  Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (both with sea views) and a bathroom/toilet with overbath electric shower.  Heat in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms is provided by the stove in the lounge - several other electric heaters available. Bed linen included. Travel cot and stairgate provided. Electricity by card meter.  A decked side patio, complete with patio furniture and BBQ, makes the most of the dual-aspect sea view and looks out towards Nefyn bay. Within the grounds, there is parking for 2/3 cars, and a 2-acre paddock, complete with stable, can be made available should you wish to bring a horse/pony. Sorry, no dogs.
