HISTORIC NEFYN Nefyn is an uncommercialised historic little town, famous in the past for its shipbuilding and its herring fleet. It's sheltered little harbour - Porth Nefyn - with its quay and cluster of whitewashed cottages at the water's edge, still provides shelter for a handful of small, local fishing boats.
