Lovingly restored, this individual and unique old stone granary, has retained its character, and with its wealth of interesting architectural features - beams, open vaulted ceilings, and a typical Welsh “crogloft” - it will, undoubtedly, appeal to the more discerning hirer, seeking “something that little bit special”.  On your arrival, you are guaranteed a warm welcome with a complimentary basket of seasonal local produce from the owner’s kitchen and garden (including some excellent home-made bread and traditional Welsh Bara Brith!).  With a wide choice of beaches, all within less than twenty minutes by car, this property is very much a favourite with our regulars.  Tastefully appointed, it comprises: a large, open-plan lounge/diner, with TV, a stone inglenook with an open fire (logs provided), and a very comfortable double bed settee; an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen area with elec. cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.; ground-floor toilet/washroom; and one master bedroom on the ground floor with (1D) and a large en-suite shower with a power shower.  The gallery bedroom (or “crogloft”) not only has views over the Irish Sea, but an assortment of games, books, and a large doll’s house, complete with furniture, and is guaranteed to delight younger members of the party for hours!  Cot and highchair available.  Bed linen and towels provided.  Centrally heated throughout - heating by prior arrangement at £15 per week.  Electricity included.  Within its landscaped grounds there is a barbecue, patio furniture, ample parking, and a safe environment for the children to roam and explore.  Two well-behaved dogs welcome (at £10 per week) but we would ask hirers to respect the booking conditions with regards to this.  No smoking in the house please.
