Normandy is a well-equipped bungalow, which sleeps up to six people, perfectly located in Nefyn for the local amenities including shops and the connunity pub Tafarn Yr Heliwr. Take in local history at the Llyn Maritime Museum, join the coastal path or head off to the stunning beaches within a short travelling distance of the house. All hirers are welcomed by the owners who are committed to ensuring that all visitors have a comfortable stay. Two dogs are also welcomed, and they receive a treat from the owners on arrival.
Visitors to this property will enjoy parking for two cars on the drive and a covered carport to ease their arrival. Please note that an electric car charger is not available at the property, but can be found locally.
The kitchen diner is a lovely bright room to enjoy cooking and eating meals together. It is well equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This room also has a smart TV and access to the enclosed back garden.
The lounge has comfortable sofas and an open fire with initial wood provided. It is an ideal room in which to relax after a day out. There are games, colouring books, and a karaoke machine if you want an alternative to watching television on the smart TV.
The bathroom has a shower with double doors to allow ease of access.
All bedrooms ( 2 double and 1 twin) are well presented and furnished including smart TVs or TVs with android boxes. Bed linen and towels are included within the rent. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.
The front lawned garden is open, is provided with garden furniture and enjoys a view of Mynydd Nefyn. The back garden is enclosed and has loungers and rattan seating. It is attractively decorated and planted with mature fruit trees. There is a small BBQ located in the car port and a fire pit which is popular to keep visitors warm on cooling summer nights. There are allocated smoking areas outside.
Wifi and heating are included in the rent.
The owners are happy to accommodate visitors who have reduced mobility or a disability. As all disabilities and aids vary, visitors should assess whether this property meets their needs. A ramp is available to support stepped access to the house if required. Externally, there are grab rails.
The rooms in the house are arranged on one level.
Internally, the doors are 2’6” wide to accommodate a wheelchair or supported walking. The main double bedroom is spacious and will accommodate wheelchair to bed transfers. A shower chair is available upon request. The toilet is a comfortable height.
Visitors can contact the owner, through Nefyn Holidays, to discuss their needs including the hire of a powered mobility scooter, wheelchair, and if required, a trailer for their vehicle for greater accessibility.
Whilst dogs are warmly welcomed, we ask that they are not left alone in the property and that owners take responsibility for any damage caused to the house or garden.
