Within easy reach of several beaches, ranging from the sandy expanses of Towyn and Penllech, to the quieter coves of Porth Colmon and Porth Ysgaden, this is the ideal location for families wishing to relax by the sea.

Recently sympathetically renovated, the retention of many original features is an absolute delight, and gives the house a warm and welcoming ambience. Accommodation comprises: a beamed and vaulted lounge with inglenook and woodburning stove, satellite TV with Sky Sports, and DVD player; well-equipped, recently fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, (freezer in outbuilding), microwave etc. ; separate dining room; bathroom/toilet with corner bath and separate shower cubicle; and three bedrooms. Travel cot available. Bed linen and electricity included in the rental. Optional gas central heating available at £20 per week by prior arrangement. Parking for several cars and boats. Patio furniture with charcoal barbecue.
