Situated at the heart of the Peninsula, and deep within the farming community of rural Llyn, the hamlet of Sarn Meyllteyrn offers a local shop and pub. Its central location makes it ideal for exploring the beaches on both sides of the peninsula.  Hell’s Mouth beach and the famous “Whistling Sands” at Porth Oer are but 3 and 4 miles away respectively, and there are several other beaches within easy reach.  Abersoch (one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales) is also within easy reach by car.

Accommodation is on three floors - the ground floor is at garden level and is accessed by means of a rear door which cannot be seen in the photograph. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner with Rayburn (on when weather dictates at the owner’s discretion), electric cooker, fridge, freezer, spin drier, microwave etc. as well as a small lounge with TV/Video. On the first floor (at road level) there is a second lounge with a TV and DVD player. Both lounges have coal fires - first bag of coal provided. On the third floor there are 5 bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet, and a separate shower room. (One double room and two of the single rooms interconnect, thus making it ideal as a family unit when the house is shared). Bed linen provided free of charge. Convector heaters available - electricity by meter reading. Outside toilet. Washing machine in outside store room - ideal for bike storage and wet weather gear. Rear garden with patio furniture and barbecue. Off road parking for three cars.
