Situated on the edge of Sarn Bach, this traditional Lleyn farmhouse is only a mile away from the village of Abersoch, which needs no introduction, as one of the foremost watersports venues in north Wales, and annual host to the Jazz and Wakestock Festivals. The accommodation, spacious and comfortably furnished, comprises; a sun lounge overlooking the front garden; large lounge/diner with electric fire, TV, DVD player with assorted DVD’s, a well-stocked games chest and a lovely oak table which will easily sit up to ten people; a well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with an Aga cooker (always on), electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV/video etc.; and a small larder with a fridge/freezer. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms (one with a sea view across to Bardsey), and a nicely fitted bathroom/toilet with overbath shower. Bed linen provided free of charge - no towels. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and 3-wheel pushchair available. Storage heating included when weather dictates. Electricity included in rental.

Enclosed front garden, with slide, barbecue and patio furniture. Ample parking for cars, boats etc. One dog accepted but on the strict understanding that it stays in the kennel provided and is not allowed in the house. Non-smokers only please. There is a small campsite next door - ideal for friends who may wish to join you. (Owners retain totally independent annexe next door). Spring Bank Holiday charged at £575. £100 reduction for parties of 4 or under in price bands C and D.
