With its rear patio area, complete with barbecue and garden furniture, and off-road parking for three cars, this bungalow is in an ideal position, within easy walking distance of Morfa Nefyn’s popular sandy beach, golf course, and is close to all village amenities. The comfortable and spacious lounge affords a separate dining area, feature fireplace with coal-effect gas fire, and a widescreen digital TV with video. Within the fully-fitted kitchen/diner you will find an electric oven/hob, large fridge, microwave etc. and just off the kitchen, in a separate utility area, there is an automatic washing machine and clothes drying area. Two of the three bedrooms are provided with colour televisions, and all are well-provided with ample hanging storage space. As well as the main bathroom/toilet/shower, there are two other toilet/cloakrooms. Cot and highchair available by arrangement. Duvets provided - no linen. Solar panels in the roof take care of all your hot water needs, and all other fuel, including oil-fired central heating, is included in the rental. One well-behaved, small to medium sized dog accepted.
