No.22  The Annexe

Situated at the rear of the farmhouse, and primarily on the ground floor (though there are three steps leading up from the lounge area), this, the smaller of the two units, was originally intended for use as a granny flat.  Accommodation comprises: fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, and automatic washing machine; lounge/diner with CTV, DVD player, and an electric fire; bathroom/toilet with overbath electric shower, and 3 bedrooms.  The main double bedroom has a washbasin and interconnects with the twin-bedded room.

Divided into two totally separate units (by means of a door which can be locked from both sides), when booked as one unit, this huge old stone farmhouse can easily accommodate a family of up to 15, and is ideal for large family gatherings and celebrations.  Situated down a narrow country lane in a delightful rural setting and looking out to sea, it is within a few minutes’ walk of the coastal path, which leads down to several almost-deserted pebble and shingle beaches and eventually winds its way to the sandy beaches at Porthdinllaen and Morfa Nefyn (some two miles away) and even beyond.  The Farmhouse has the benefit of a huge, lawned garden at the front of the house, whilst the Annexe has its own small rear yard area.  Each property has its own barbecue and patio furniture and there is ample parking within the farm’s grounds, for several cars and boats.

A total of three cots are available by arrangement, and all bed linen is  included in the rental.  There are several electric fires available - electricity by £1 coin meter.  Central heating available by prior arrangement at £20 per week in the farmhouse, and £15 in the annexe.  Whilst pets are welcome in the smaller property, they are not allowed in the main house.

No.21  The Farmhouse

Comfortable and spacious, the accommodation in the main farmhouse comprises: large fitted kitchen/breakfast room with electric fire, fridge, microwave etc.; adjoining utility room with electric cooker, chest freezer and automatic washing machine; separate dining room; main lounge with electric fire, CTV and a DVD player; second ‘sun’ lounge/relaxation room with comfortable three-piece suite; and a downstairs cloakroom/toilet.  Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a large landing with room for a cot, as well as a bathroom/toilet with an overbath electric shower.  A ninth person can be accommodated on the single sofa bed which can be used in any of the bedrooms.
