Situated within easy walking distance of the beach, golf course, and village amenities,

is a dedicated Games/Entertainment Room with pool table, darts, board games, CD player,
and a CTV/DVD with an assortment of family/children’s DVD’s. (The front door as seen
in the photo leads to the ground floor, whilst the lower floor is visible only from
the rear of the house and can either be accessed via a separate back door or via
stairs leading down from the kitchen).
Comfortable and well-appointed, the accommodation comprises: a lounge with FreeSat
TV; and a well-equipped fitted kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, automatic washing machine, and a unique built-in,
well-stocked fishtank. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms as well as a bathroom/toilet
with an overbath shower. Duvets provided - no linen. With the inclusion of all electricity
charges, and the benefit of central heating throughout (free of charge in price band
A, £15 per week at all other times) it is ideal for a break, whatever the weather.

outside toilet, and off-road parking for three cars.
