Conveniently situated in the centre of Nefyn, but away from the main hustle of the shopping area, this Victorian end of terrace cottage is within walking distance of Nefyn’s sandy beach.  For walkers, well-marked footpaths lead from near the cottage up to nearby Mynydd Nefyn and Garn Boduan.

Accommodation comprises; a spacious lounge/diner with two comfortable sofas, CTV with video and DVD player, and a cast-iron effect electric fire; second sitting room with choice of coal or electric fires - an ideal quiet reading room or as a games room for the children, with a table for playing the many board games provided; fitted kitchen with electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, combination microwave, automatic washing machine etc.; and a downstairs toilet.  On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, and a bathroom with overbath electric shower. There is a third bedroom - a  family room with a 4’ double and a single on the second floor - access to this is by means of a slightly difficult staircase, so please enquire as to its suitability for the less able.  Duvets provided - no linen.  Electricity included.  Storage heating throughout - £12 per week by prior arrangement.  Small suntrap patio at the rear with garden furniture and barbecue.  On road parking or just around the corner in the free car park.  Non-smokers only please.
