Situated adjacent to a nature reserve with several rare species of flora and fauna (including the rare marsh fritillary butterfly), this converted stone outbuilding enjoys views of the surrounding countryside. The area abounds in wildlife and has plenty to offer the discerning visitor - wooded valleys, mountain views, and plenty of walks along quiet country lanes. For those who prefer sand and sea, the beaches of Morfa Nefyn, Nefyn and Porthdinllaen are but a few minutes’ drive away.
With its exposed woodwork, it retains the charm of an old cottage whilst affording modern comforts. In the lounge/diner/kitchen you will find an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, and a microwave. A cast iron LPG “woodburner” stove, and CTV/DVD player in the lounge area will ensure your evening comfort and entertainment. Downstairs there is a bathroom/toilet with an overbath shower, as well as one bedroom. The master bedroom (1D) is a crogloft, tucked under the eaves. Bed linen provided and all fuel charges included. Laundry facilities are provided in a separate outbuilding and are shared by the owners, who live in a neighbouring, detached cottage. The large enclosed garden is ideal for ball games and has a patio set and barbecue. Ample parking. One well-behaved dog welcome at £10 per week. Non-smokers only.
