A warm welcome awaits you on this organic smallholding set on the slopes above Llithfaen. Looking out to sea, and with an unrivalled panoramic view of the Cambrian coastline, it is an ideal location from which to enjoy all that Lleyn has to offer. Ideal for walkers, there are several walks in the immediate area - “climb” up to the Iron Age fort at Tre’r Ceiri; walk down to the sea at Nantgwrtheyrn (now home to the Welsh Language Centre which runs a variety of courses); or walk the Lleyn Coastal path which borders the farm. For those who simply want to “stay put” and enjoy the tranquillity, there is a patio area with seating, and a small, enclosed garden with swing set. Children are welcome to help feed the chickens (and collect an egg each for breakfast) and seasonal soft fruit and veg. can be bought fresh off the fields. Packed lunches, made with fresh home-made bread can also be provided. Accomm. comprises: lounge/diner/kitchen with Freeview TV, gas fire, and an assortment of games and books; kitchen area with full-size gas cooker, fridge etc.; shower room/toilet; and two bedrooms - one with (1D), the other with (2S). There is an additional (1D) pull-out bed in the lounge. Bed linen and all fuel charges included in the rental. Laundry service available by arrangement with owner at a nominal charge. Parking for 2 cars. Non-smokers only please.
