Well-presented and comfortable, it comprises: a spacious lounge with inset coal-effect electric fire and a TV with video and DVD; fitted kitchen/diner with electric fan oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine etc.; bathroom/toilet with overbath electric shower; and three bedrooms. Bunks are full size and sufficiently sturdy for adults. Cot and highchair provided. Duvets, pillows, and bed protectors provided - no linen. Electricity by key meter. With the inclusion in the rental of oil-fired central heating when weather dictates, this is an ideal all-year-round holiday cottage. Enclosed rear garden with patio furniture and barbecue. Car port with off-road parking for two/three vehicles. One well-behaved pet at £10 per week. Adult size wheelchair and bath lift available by prior arrangement- returnable deposit required.
