DELIGHTFUL HOUSE AT DYFFRYN ARDUDWY,

NEAR HARLECH AND BARMOUTH

Set in an elevated position, this lovely house offers every convenience and comfort whilst retaining its character, and with its gardens (a totally-enclosed front garden, and a large side garden with summerhouse and garden furniture), always proves popular. Looking out towards mile upon mile of sandunes and sea; and with the little used walking country of the Rhinog mountains of the Snowdonia National Park behind, this is a welcoming haven for both walkers and those who prefer sea and sand in relative privacy. With the imposing castle at Harlech, Barmouth with its more traditional seaside attractions, and the aptly-named Shell Island, all within 4 miles, it caters for all tastes.

Accommodation comprises: lounge with feature fireplace (option of coal or electric fires), satellite TV, video etc.;  kitchen/breakfast room with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher; dining room; and a ground-floor bathroom/toilet with separate shower cubicle. Two of the four bedrooms (2S) and (1S) are on the ground-floor. All bed linen provided. Central heating and electricity included. Parking for two cars. Strictly families only  - though regret unsuitable for families with babies and inquisitive toddlers. One well-behaved dog welcome at £5 per week. £100 security deposit must be forwarded to the owner 6 weeks prior to holiday .
