Whilst enjoying the benefits of a rural setting, the village, with shop and pub (serving good food and where families are welcome), is but a 3 minutes drive away. The accommodation comprises: a fitted kitchen/diner with electric cooker, large fridge, 4-drawer freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, ironing facilities etc.; a comfortable lounge with TV and electric fire; bathroom/toilet, and two well-fitted bedrooms. No linen. Electricity by coin meter. Large garden at rear with sea views, patio furniture and ample parking space.
