Situated at the foot of the majestic Rivals mountains in this former thriving granite quarrying village on Caernarfon Bay, this caravan, on a small sheep holding, is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquillity at a highly affordable price. A small trout brook, only yards away from the van, (safely fenced off from the point of view of toddlers), will keep older children entertained for hours! Trefor’s beach and jetty (popular with anglers) is within a ten minute walk, and for the more energetic, there are miles of well-marked footpaths nearby. There is an adjoining small field for ball games, as well as an enclosed garden (with patio table and chairs) at the front of the van. Accommodation comprises lounge/diner/kitchen with TV, electric fire, full-size cooker, microwave, fridge, electric water heater etc.; toilet/washbasin; and one bedroom with (1D). The lounge seating provides another (2S) if required. Duvets and all bed linen included in rental. Electricity by coin meter (owner always has a supply of coins should you run out of change!) Freezer space, laundry, and extra shower facilities available just inside the porch of the owner’s bungalow next door, hence the caravan’s extremely modest price tag.
