1. Chose a property and make a provisional booking by phone or email. The booking will be held for four working days pending receipt of your Booking Form and payment.
2. If you are paying well in advance of your holiday, calculate the Initial Payment required by clicking the ‘Payment Info’ link on the Booking info scroll down men. This is based on the net brochure price of the property, and includes the deposit and the Cancellation Protection Scheme Fee. You must then add our Agency Booking Fee as detailed on the Booking Form.
3. If you are booking within seven weeks of your holiday, then you must pay the rental in full. You must also add the Agency Booking fee as detailed on the Booking Form, as well as any extras ordered. At this stage, as you are paying in full, you may, if you wish, chose to opt out of the Cancellation Protection Scheme, but you do so entirely at your own risk and you will not be eligible for any refund should you be forced to cancel your holiday. 4. Complete the Booking Form, and send it to us by first class post, fax, or email.
5. We prefer payment by cheque, however, should you wish to pay by credit card, please note that these transactions incur a 3% surcharge. Debit cards such as Switch, Solo, or Delta incur no extra charge. We do not accept Electron or American Express.
6. On receipt of your Booking Form, we will issue a Confirmation of Booking Form. It is then your responsibility to forward the appropriate half of this form to the property owner.
7. The balance of the hire fee is due 50 days before the commencement of the holiday. We will issue you with a reminder a week before your balance is due. Payments must be made to the Agency, not to the owner. As owners require payment well in advance of your holiday, your co-operation in this respect would be greatly appreciated.
8. Upon receipt of the balance we will send you directions as to how to find the property, together with details of where to find the key.
