Sympathetically and tastefully refurbished, this delightful former quarryman’s cottage enjoys unrivalled views of Nefyn Bay. Ideal for walkers, or those seeking a quiet spot in which to unwind, there are several walks in the immediate area - “climb” up to the Iron Age fort at Tre’r Ceiri; walk down to the sea at Nantgwrtheyrn (now home to the Welsh Language Centre which runs a wide variety of courses); or, for the less energetic, simply sit and watch the glorious pink and gold skies as the sun sets over the bay.

Tastefully appointed, and comfortably furnished, the accommodation comprises: lounge with TV, video, DVD player, CD and a stone inglenook, with cast iron multi-fuel stove (some coal and logs provided); a very well-equipped kitchen/diner with Rayburn cooker (off in hot weather), gas hob, microwave/combination grill/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV/video etc. From here a patio door leads to a spacious double-glazed conservatory with blue tinted glass roof, which opens out onto a graveled area, and steps leading to terraced garden with patio furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is also a twin-bedded room, and a bathroom/toilet/shower. Upstairs, under the eaves, there are two further bedrooms - a master bedroom with a king-size double, the other a landing bedroom with an assortment games and books. All bed linen, electricity, and full oil-fired central heating included in rental. Ample parking. Recommended. All weeks charged at A rate.
