The first in a row of stone cottages situated in quiet countryside just above the village of Sarn, this house enjoys views across open countryside to Garn Fadryn and the Rivals. Within a 5-minute walk of the village itself - with its three pubs, serving good food, village shop and Post Office, its central location makes it ideal for exploring the beaches on both sides of the peninsula. Hell’s Mouth beach and the famous “Whistling Sands” at Porth Oer are but 3 and 4 miles away respectively, and there are several other beaches within easy reach. The accommodation, tastefully decorated and furnished, comprises: spacious lounge/diner, with log burner (coal and logs provided), widescreen TV with video and DVD player, and a (1D) bed settee; kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, etc.; upstairs bathroom/shower/washbasin; separate toilet/washbasin; and 2 bedrooms - one a spacious family room with (1D) and a cot bed (suitable from birth to 7 yrs.), the other with (2S) and a Z-bed.  Duvets provided - no linen. Gas central heating available, and hot water, at no extra cost. Electricity by £1 coin meter. Raised patio area with garden chairs - ideal for an evening barbecue. Parking for two cars.
