Situated within approximately a third of an acre of private, well-tended grounds on the edge of the village, this converted barn provides extremely comfortable and well-appointed accommodation in a quiet setting. Convenient for many of Lleyn's attractions, beaches, and Pwllheli Marina, it is ideal for a holiday at any time of year. Tastefully decorated, the accommodation comprises; spacious lounge with Freeview TV, DVD and a coal fire; very well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric cooker, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washer/drier, dishwasher, food processor etc.; and a bathroom/toilet/shower. All bed linen provided free of charge. Cot available. A very comfortable bed settee in the lounge can accommodate two extra persons if required - by arrangement only and at an extra charge of £15 per person per week. Gas central heating throughout - gas and electricity included in the rental. Ample parking for cars and boats. Large gas barbecue and patio furniture. Recommended - the photograph of this house does not do it the justice it deserves! (Spring Bank Holiday and Christmas charged at A rate).
