TV, and CD player; large conservatory, with views of Garn Fadryn; and a very well-equipped
kitchen/diner, with handcrafted units in pitch pine, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, automatic washing machine etc. Upstairs, there is a bathroom/toilet/shower,
and four well-fitted bedrooms. (The bed in the master bedroom is King size, and the
bunks are full-size). Bed linen provided free of charge. Cot, highchair and stairgate
available. Electricity included in rental. Gas central heating throughout, available,
by arrangement, from £20 per week. Large, enclosed, landscaped gardens with patio
table, chairs, and parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcome (subject to
certain pre-agreed restrictions and by prior arrangement only) at an extra charge
of £15 per week. Please note, although the property is capable of sleeping 7, insurance
restrictions only allow a maximum of 6 plus a cot. Owner retains separate accommodation
at the rear, with independent access. No smoking in the house please. 30th August
