Well-appointed and tastefully decorated, and enjoying an uninterrupted view from all its rear facing windows over the garden and across to Mynydd Nefyn and beyond, it is in an ideal position. Comfortable and inviting, the accommodation comprises: a spacious lounge with Freeview TV, video and DVD (an assortment of family DVDs are provided); well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a patio door opening directly onto the rear garden; cloakroom/toilet; utility area with automatic washing machine; upstairs bathroom/toilet with separate shower cubicle, and four bedrooms. Bunks are full size and are sturdy enough for adults. Duvets and all bed linen included in the rental, as are electricity charges. Oil-fired central heating at only £15 per week. Enclosed rear garden with patio furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. Off-road parking for two/three vehicles. One well-behaved pet welcome but must be confined to the downstairs areas only please.
