With sea views from all its front windows, this delightful bungalow is set in an elevated position and looks out towards the mile upon mile of the sandunes on the Cambrian coastline. The imposing castle at Harlech, Barmouth with its more traditional seaside attractions, and the aptly-named Shell Island, are all within a ten minute drive, and with the little used walking country of the Rhinog mountains of the Snowdonia National Park behind, this is a welcoming haven for both walkers or those simply wanting to relax by the sea.

Tastefully decorated throughout, it comprises: lounge/diner with feature fireplace, gas fire, CTV, video etc.; recently fitted kitchen with elec. cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc.; utility area with auto. washing machine and tumble drier; bathroom/toilet/shower; second toilet with shower cubicle; sunlounge/front porch with cane furniture; and 3 nicely-appointed bedrooms - one has a king-size double; one has a single bed with a pull-out single underneath.  All bed linen provided free of charge.  Gas and electricity included in rental. Storage heating available at £15 per week, by arrangement. Within the large, well-tended rear garden of terraced lawns and mature shrubs, there is a Summer House with patio furniture, a barbecue, as well as a  swing seat. Single garage for parking or storage - parking for several cars on driveway.  One well-behaved dog accepted. A difficult house to photograph, hence the photo does not do it the justice it deserves.
