Highly recommended, the exterior of this property belies a spacious and extremely comfortable interior. Tastefully appointed the sympathetic marriage of modern improvements with the retention of many Victorian features has been a successful one, and has combined the welcoming ambience of a period property with every possible modern convenience.

With all of Nefyn’s amenities close by, and a glorious sandy beach within easy walking distance, it regularly proves a popular choice.

The ground floor comprises: lounge with Victorian slate fireplace with cast iron stove, widescreen TV with video, DVD player, and Sky entertainment package; dining room with feature fireplace, stereo system, well-stocked bookcase,  assorted games, and French doors opening onto a balcony; and a very well-equipped kitchen with fan oven, microwave, expresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. A basement utility room provides a washing machine and tumble drier, and on this floor there is also a spacious games room with a full-size pool table and dart board. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (one twin-bedded, one with a set of bunks, and the other with a kingsize double) as well as a bathroom/toilet with separate shower cubicle. Two further bedrooms can be found on the second floor, one of which has an en-suite shower/toilet. Travel cot and duvets provided - no linen. Oil-fired central heating included in rental. Electricity by key meter. Small rear yard for clothes drying, cycle storage etc. One well-behaved pet welcome, but must not be allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms.
