This delightful little cottage, a former barn, has been totally and sympathetically refurbished, and affords every comfort and convenience that a modern home can offer, but with that warm ambience only an older house can provide.  Next door to property no. 66, but with its own separate parking area and extensive gardens (with patio set and barbecue), it is the ideal property for those seeking a well-specified property, tucked away in a quiet corner, away from the village centre, but within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and golf course.
The accommodation, with its exposed stone walls, beams, and a tasteful blend of both modern and antique furniture, comprises: newly-fitted, well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher etc.; bathroom/toilet/with shower; comfortable lounge with TV/DVD and a stone inglenook with ‘Villager’ cast  iron multi-fuel stove (some coal and logs provided - more available at cost).  There is one bedroom with (2S) and a very individual gallery bedroom, accessed from the lounge, with (1D).  A comfortable double bed settee in the lounge can accommodate an extra two persons at £15 per person, per week.  Cot and highchair available.  Electricity, storage heating, and all bed linen included free of charge.  Pets welcome at £10 per pet per week.  Week commencing 12th July charged at A rate.  There is an adjoining cottage - see our property ref.no.66 which is also available for hire, and would, jointly, accommodate a family of up to 12 people.
