Centrally and conveniently situated, this spacious apartment occupies the entire first floor of a house in the small village of Botwnnog. Ideally located it is within ten minutes drive of Abersoch, Aberdaron and Llanbedrog beaches, and is also convenient for those beaches on the north coast of the Peninsula. Deceptively spacious and with the benefit of its own front door entrance, the accommodation consists of: lounge/diner with TV, DVD, and a traditional Welsh dresser; galley style kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer etc.; bathroom/toilet with electric shower; three bedrooms, as well as a separate “nursery” with cot. Duvets and all bed linen provided free of charge. Electricity included in rental in periods A and B, and by meter reading in other periods. Storage heating in lounge and on landing. High chair available. Use of washing machine by arrangement with owner. Small yard area at rear for clothes drying. Secure storage shed for bikes, wetsuits, and walking gear. Off-road parking.
A 10% discount will be offered to couples in periods B, C, and D.
