Our office is open from 09.00 - 18.00 Monday to Thursday, 09.00 - 17.00 on Friday,
and 09.00 - 12.00 on Saturday
This charming character cottage is ideally situated - standing in quiet and mature
grounds, away from the hustle and bustle of the village itself, whilst at the same
time being a mere five minutes walk from the shops, beach and golf course. Tastefully
decorated and furnished, and retaining a wealth of character, the accommodation comprises;
lounge with TV/DVD and electric fire; an very well-equipped fitted kitchen/diner
with choice of Aga or electric cookers, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.; separate
utility room with automatic washing machine; downstairs bathroom with separate walk-in
shower cubicle; separate toilet; and a master bedroom on the ground-floor with (1D)
and vanity unit with H&C. Upstairs, under the eaves, there are two further bedrooms.

There is an adjoining cottage - see our property no.54 which is also available and
would, jointly, accommodate a family of up to 12. Static caravan also available,
by arrangement directly with property owner, as an overflow facility.
