Situated on a 5-acre smallholding with driving ponies, this caravan is within half a mile of Porth Colmon, a truly idyllic little cove, and there are several other sandy beaches (including the famous “Whistling Sands” at Porth Oer), Penllech, Tywyn etc. very close by. Recently refurbished, the spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen has CTV, an assortment of books, gas fire, full-size gas cooker, microwave, fridge etc. and the dining area easily converts into a (1D) if required; washroom/toilet with shower and hip-bath; and 3 bedrooms (2B)(1D)(3S) - the latter has one pull-down bunk which is unsuitable for adults. Duvets provided. Bed linen available, by arrangement, at £3 per bed. All electricity and gas included in rental. Parking space. One well-behaved dog welcome by prior arrangement. To allow flexibility in sleeping arrangements, the lounge seating provides an extra (2S), but please note, only a maximum of six people can be comfortably accommodated, and party numbers must not be exceeded. Friday changeovers.
