Situated literally on the beach at Porthdinllaen (now owned by The National Trust), this house, built on the rocks and overhanging the sea, is a familiar feature to all who know the area.  With its wooden sides, cabin beds and lockers, and with the sea actually beneath you, you can enjoy the feel of the sea without the seasickness!  Enjoying unrivalled panoramic views from its balcony, and with steps leading down to its own mooring, it provides the ideal holiday for the (would be) sailor!  Unpretentiously furnished, and with its quarry-tiled floor reducing the problem of sand, it comprises: a lounge/diner with TV, stereo, and a selection of games and books; kitchen with gas cooker, combi boiler, fridge/freezer; shower room/toilet; and 2 main bedrooms - one a fitted (1D), the other on the seaward side with (2B).  There is also an attached extension with (1D) as well as two occasional beds in the lounge, which can be converted from the fitted seating.  Duvets on all main beds.  No linen.  Several heaters available.  Gas and electricity included in rental.  Vehicular access via the beach at low tide, or over the golf course with private parking on the headland approx. 400 yards away.  Balcony unsuitable for unsupervised young children.
Easter weeks charged at B rate.  Weeks commencing 25th May and 31st August at A rate.  7th September at B rate.  Sunday changeovers.
