This lovely house is conveniently situated within five minutes walk of Morfa Nefyn’s marvellous sandy beach, and just two minutes walk from the shops, and with the challenging 27-hole golf course on the headland at Porthdinllaen a mere ten minutes walk, it is the ideal base for the larger family looking to enjoy a varied holiday. Tastefully-decorated and well-equipped, the accommodation is on three floors, and comprises: a 25ft sun lounge with TV, DVD and CD player and doors opening out onto a decked rear patio; large, newly-fitted kitchen/ dining room with fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher etc.; and a very nicely-appointed shower room/toilet. On the first floor, there is a bathroom/toilet/shower; and three bedrooms - a double, a twin-bedded and one with bunks. On the second floor there are three further bedrooms - a double and two twin-bedded rooms. One of the latter also has a TV. Duvets provided - no linen. Travel cot provided. Electricity by card meter. Oil-fired central heating included in rental, when weather dictates. Large, enclosed garden at rear with garden furniture and barbecue. Off-road parking for 2/3 cars.
