This much loved mid 19th century stone house is situated away from the village centre but within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. A variety of walks are easily accessible through the fields and valley facing the house; around the Nefyn mountain area behind; or along the nearby coastal paths. Two miles away is the Nefyn Golf Club with its outstanding golf course and spectacular views. At the rear of the house there is a high walled patio with garden furniture and a barbecue which enjoys the sun throughout the day and is ideal for a quiet time or family gatherings.
This lovely family house will appeal to those who want space, comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor there are two comfortable sitting rooms; one with an open fire (coal provided), TV, video and DVD player. The other has a dining table, large sofa, piano, small snooker table and a well-stocked bookcase. There is also a double bedded room with en-suite shower room and toilet on the ground floor. The well equipped kitchen has an elec. cooker, Rayburn, dishwasher and fridge, and a walk-in larder stocked with basic cooking ingredients. Other equipment include a washing machine, drier, fridge freezer and microwave can be found in the attached garage which is also an ideal drying and storage area. Through the archway in the kitchen is a pine table which seats 10 and music is provided by a mini stereo system.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one double room, one with twin beds, and a very large children’s room with two single beds and a set of bunks. Cot and high chair available. The family bathroom has a bath, an overbath electric shower and basin. (The toilet is separate). Duvets on all the beds - no linen. Both doubles are king-size. Electricity and night storage heaters are included in the rental. Coin box telephone. Ample parking available across the road. Well behaved pets are welcome in the house, but please keep them off the furniture. This is an especially comfortable property suitable for both small and large numbers of people, and with no extra charges is extremely good value. Highly recommended.
