Accomm. comprises a kitchen/breakfast room with elec. double oven, separate hob, microwave, fridge/freezer; separate utility room with auto. washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier.  Hirers have the option of dining at the refectory-style pine table in the kitchen, or more formally in the dining area just off the sitting room.  The spacious sitting room looks out onto a suntrap rose garden, and has a TV, video, and DVD player.  Choice of either coal or electric fires (coal not provided, but available in village).  There is also a conservatory/games room, with a small pool table, and an assortment of games and books.  On the ground floor, there is a cloakroom/toilet; a bathroom/toilet with over-bath shower and bidet; a master bedroom with an en-suite shower/toilet; and 2 other bedrooms (both of which have hand basins).  Upstairs, enjoying a sea view, there is a spacious family room, with (1D 1S), which has its own en-suite shower.  A single bed on the adjoining landing completes the sleeping arrangements.  Double-glazed and centrally heated, this property is ideal for a holiday whatever the weather!  Elec. by card meter.  With the inclusion in the rental of bed linen, towels, and central heating, it will appeal not only to larger families, but to smaller parties wishing to take advantage of this property’s amenities and enviable location during an off-peak period, and to whom we can offer a £50 reduction in price band D for parties of 6 or less.  Garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue provided.  Parking for several vehicles/boats.  Dogs are warmly welcomed, subject to certain ‘house-rules’ and are not allowed on the furniture.  No smoking in the house please.  Spring Bank Holiday charged at A rate.
