Built for the daughter of the Madryn Castle Estate on her marriage to the son of a Lleyn landowner, this lovely property is set within large, enclosed mature grounds, in a peaceful country setting within 2 miles of Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn, and enjoys views of the surrounding countryside. Spacious and comfortable, it is tastefully decorated and furnished with a combination of antique and modern furniture and has become a firm favourite with our regulars! In the main lounge you’ll find a Victorian-style fireplace with coal-effect electric fire (coal fire available during colder spells), a TV with FreeSat and DVD. The dining room also has a TV, but makes an ideal “quiet room” for reading or for playing board or family card games. With farmhouse-style pine units, the kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. and a washing machine can be found in an understairs utility area. Upstairs,there is a bathroom/toilet with an overbath shower; a very nice, separate Nursery, with cot, highchair, changing unit with bath, bouncing cradle and other nursery items; and two bedrooms, one of which is a large family room with a double and two singles. Bed linen and some towels provided. Convector and oil-filled heaters throughout - electricity by coin meter. Patio set. Ample parking. Non-smokers only. No pets.
