1. Property prices are shown at a nightly rate based on a 7 day booking. 

2. Bookings run on a Saturday to Saturday basis unless stated otherwise in the description.and from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please check these times with the property owners.

3. All properties have toilets/bathrooms and/or shower rooms and are equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery etc. Duvets and pillows are provided. Unless otherwise stated in the description, you must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels etc.

4. A cot is provided only if stated in the property details. Cot linen is NOT provided so you should bring your own.

5. All distances quoted are approximate, and should be taken only as a rough guide.

6. All properties are completely self-contained. However, under some circumstances, as on working farms for example, there may be owners living on-site or nearby.

7. For Bookings made less than 51 days before the commencement of the holiday, the full rental is payable upon booking.

8. All prices are per property, per week.

9. Some properties offer short breaks. Please read our Short Break Policy.

10.The number of beds in each bedroom is shown within brackets, therefore a bedroom designated (1D 2B) will have a double bed and a set of bunks; a bedroom with two single beds will be shown as (2S); a double bedroom will be shown as (1D); a triple room will be shown as (3S); a family room with a double and two singles will be (1D 2S) and so on.

11. The external links to Google Map serve only to give a rough idea of a property’s location. They are based on the post code of the property and are therefore not 100% accurate.

12. Please bear in mind that where Wi-Fi is offered, broadband speeds in rural areas may well be slower than what you are used to. Same goes for mobile coverage as 3G and 4G can be very patchy.
