Penisarlon Cottage is a cosy stone Byre, situated on a quaint smallholding on the outskirts of the coastal village of Nefyn. Nestled in the small village of Pistyll, boasting front row seats to the panoramic views of the nearby bays of Porthdinllaen, Morfa Nefyn and Nefyn, it is truly the perfect base for couples or small families who wish to explore this Area of Outstanding Beauty.

The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is situated on the ground floor, alongside two of the three bedrooms, making this a suitable home for those guests who may find stairs challenging. The open plan sitting room provides a reading chair and a spacious L shaped sofa that you can sink into after a long day of making memories together. The high quality flat screen TV/DVD (with Freesat), is mounted for maximum use of space and the dining table is the ideal place to sit and enjoy a leisurely breakfast or romantic supper, and can be folded away with ease to utilise floor space. The well-equipped kitchen is enclosed by a 4-seater breakfast bar and is perfect for all your holiday needs with integrated appliances (electric cooker, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc) and plenty of worktop space. You can even wake up to the crisp aroma of fresh Coffee with the ground Coffee Machine.

The property enjoys decent wi-fi reception and the underfloor heating will keep you comfortably warm. Additional guests are welcome to visit using our adjoining campsite. Duvets, bed linen (no towels) and all utilility costs are included in the rental, alongside stairgates and highchairs. Make the most of those warm summer evenings and enjoy a glass of something chilled, whilst watching the breath-taking sunsets on your private raised patio area with sturdy furniture and barbecue at your disposal. Ample parking directly outside the property can be used for cars and boats. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome – the first is free, the second is £3 per night.

All guests are kindly greeted with a free Welcome Hamper – lovingly put together using local Welsh produce and Free-Range Eggs from our own happy hens.

SMALL PARTY DISCOUNTS
An ideal romantic cottage for two, we are pleased to offer a Couples Discount of £50 per week in bands B, C and D (excluding any half terms or school holiday weeks) provided only one bedroom is used.
If you are claiming this discount you MUST indicate this by writing “Claiming Couples Discountt” on the booking form, where it says, “Details of your party: Please tell us how your party is made up. Enter the number of adults, children, and pets in the box below.”
If you correctly follow this procedure we will automatically deduct the relevant amount from your final balance when we confirm your booking. Alternatively, if you have paid in full, we will issue a refund to the card you used for your payment.

Good standard of facilities
We had an excellent holiday. We found the accommodation to be comfortable and a good standard of facilities. The location is fantastic, with sea views and farm animals abound. We visited beaches at Nefyn, Llanbedrog and Abersoch. Ty Coch pub on the beach at Porth Dinllaen was a highlight! A mention of Nefyn Holidays reasonable prices is deserved given the current climate. Very pleased with all aspects of the service.
