Imagine stepping out from this apartment, crossing the road and taking one of the walkways or the path across the sand-dunes to the beach. Quite simply, we believe that Pwllheli South Beach is a hidden gem. It is three miles long and covered in fine sand and pebbles. You can see the most beautiful sunrises and , if lucky, dolphins.
The apartment is ideal for guests travelling by train from London through the West Midlands. Pwllheli train station is just a 5 minute taxi ride away. It is the northern terminus of the Cambrian Coast Railway with day trips to Harlech, Miniffordd (for Portmeirion) and Barmouth just a train journey away!
Pwllheli provides an excellent base. For sports enthusiasts there is a leisure centre and golf course within walking distance of the apartment. Pwllheli also has a number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
The accommodation is a ground and lower-ground floor duplex apartment located on a cul-de sac. The apartment has sole use of the garden area directly in front of the apartment. From the lounge there are magnificent views, of Cardigan Bay to the East and to the West, Llanbedrog headland, Abersoch and St Tudwal’s islands.
The ground floor of the apartment comprises a large, open plan kitchen and lounge area.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table and chairs. There is a booster seat for little visitors dining. From the kitchen, there is access to the rear communal area including designated parking.
The lounge area is decorated in a seaside theme, having seating for six, occasional furniture, large smart television and Wi-Fi. The bay window area gives superb sea views with a constantly changing vista.
From the lounge area, there are stairs giving easy access to the lower ground floor level, under stairs storage and the bedrooms. The property has flexible sleeping arrangements catering for up to 4 adults in 2 en-suite bedrooms. It can also accommodate a further 2 young children on folding full-size bed/travel cot. The property cannot accommodate 6 adults.
Bedroom 1 is to the front of the property. This is a very large and light room with double bed, full size folding single bed, fitted wardrobes and occasional furniture. There is an en suite bathroom having full sized bath, with shower over, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 also is a light room with a large window. It has fitted wardrobes and twin beds which can, by arrangement, be converted to a super king. The en- suite bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Both bedrooms are notably quiet at night. From bedroom 1 (to the front of the property) you may hear the soothing sound of the sea!
Outdoors, to the rear of the property there is 1 designated parking space for either a car or small boat.
To the front of the property, there is a communal sitting area at the top of the garden and private sitting area outside the patio doors.
There is roadside parking and a parking pass will be provided for guests.
Towels and bed linens are provided provided. Heating and Wi-Fi are also included in the rental price.
