As you walk in through the front door of this deceptively spacious house, you know you have walked in to somewhere where you are going to feel at home in.

A former sea captains house, it is ideally situated at the end of a footpath which takes you directly onto Nefyn Beach. Recently extensively refurbished to a high standard it comprises: A well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker (with 4-burner gas hob, wok burner, and twin electric ovens), microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer; an adjoining dining room/sitting room; comfortable lounge with woodburning stove, TV with NOW TV package, DVD player, and a DVD/video library; separate Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drier; bathroom/toilet; and two double bedrooms, one of which has a King-sized bed.

Upstairs, there is a shower room, and a large bedroom with a double bed as well as a single day bed – an ideal retreat for teenagers, who will also appreciate the unlimited Wi-Fi! Gas central heating throughout, available at £4 a night by prior arrangement. Cot and stairgate provided. No linen or towels. However, overseas guests can be provided with these at £10 per person.
Within the nicely landscaped and completely enclosed wrap-around grounds, there is a Games Shed (with table football and darts board), several seating/eating out areas with patio furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars.

Two dogs most welcome at an extra charge of £3 each per night.

COUPLES DISCOUNTS

This property offers Couples Discounts for 2 people only of £100 in B and £50 in C and D (excluding any school holiday or half term weeks).

If you are claiming this discount you MUST indicate this by writing “Claiming Couples Discount” on the booking form, where it says, “Details of your party: Please tell us how your party is made up. Enter the number of adults, children, and pets in the box below.”

If you correctly follow this procedure we will automatically deduct the relevant amount from your final balance when we confirm your booking. Alternatively, if you have paid in full, we will issue a refund to the card you used for your payment. Please note, the discount is available upon the understanding that only one bedroom is used.

SHORT BREAKS

These are available during the off-peak seasons. They are a maximum of ANY three consecutive nights, and cost approx. 75% of the relevant weekly rate. Phone us for a price.

We loved it!

The property was fantastic! Spacious, airy, well equipped and with a wonderful outdoor space. We loved it! Superb location – close enough to walk to the beach and access all the amenities within Nefyn. We have used Nefyn Holidays for our annual holidays in Nefyn for 30 years and whilst the booking process is a little old school, in some senses, this adds to the charm! We have always been communicated with brilliantly by Gwerfyl and team. We love Nefyn Holidays!
