Approximately two miles from the sandy beaches at Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn, this charming, whitewashed stone cottage enjoys views across undulating farmland and out to sea. Set within its own spacious, enclosed grounds and surrounded by unspoilt countryside, it is in a truly delightful rural setting. With a lawned garden ideal for ball games, and a sunny rear patio with charcoal barbecue and patio furniture, it is well-suited for families or couples alike. The drive has parking for up to 3 cars. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished. A stunning 2023 refitted kitchen diner has patio doors opening out to the garden. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. This room is ideal for cleaning and drying off after a day on the beach. The lounge has a Freeview TV, DVD player and open fire. There is also a delightful reading area.

One double bedroom is located on the ground floor.  Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms, one with a king-size double, the other a twin-bedded room. Duvets provided – no bed linen or towels. One wooden cot available.

The main bathroom is on the ground floor with a bath and overhead shower. Upstairs, there is a washroom with a toilet.

Wi-Fi installed for 2025 season. Electricity is included in rental. Gas central heating throughout, available by prior arrangement at £6 per night.
Two well-behaved dogs accepted and there is the benefit of an enclosed dog run behind the garage.

No smoking within the property.

COUPLES DISCOUNTS
This property offers Couples Discounts for 2 people only of £50 per week in bands B, C and D (excluding any half term or school holiday weeks).
If you are claiming this discount you MUST indicate this by writing “Claiming Couples Discount” on the booking form, where it says, “Details of your party: Please tell us how your party is made up. Enter the number of adults, children, and pets in the box below.”

If you correctly follow this procedure we will automatically deduct the relevant amount from your final balance when we confirm your booking. Alternatively, if you have paid in full, we will issue a refund to the card you used for your payment. Please note, the discount is available upon the understanding that only one bedroom is used.

Love the new kitchen!
We had a lovely time here. Love the new kitchen. Some lovely walks just down the toad. Locals are so friendly and welcoming. Cricieth is a lovely town to visit and Nefyn beach was also a little gem. Very clean and tidy cottage. It’s so peaceful here, we will definitely be coming back! Thanks for having us!

We were very impressed.
Having visited the Llyn for over 30 years this was our first time staying in this lovely cottage. We were very impressed. The owners had thought of everything, from the right amount of crockery and cutlery to a fantastic shower. The cottage was well-kept and very clean. As always, there was lots to see and do in the area; great walks, cafes with wonderful views, and good galleries. We hope to return.

House had everything we needed
We had a wonderful holiday here in August 2022. This property was perfect, with plenty of space for our group of 4 adults, 3 young teens and a baby. The house had everything we needed, despite the mobile signal being very poor, and there was an excellent selection of games we enjoyed. The location was very peaceful and within easy driving distance of all the sights of the peninsula. Unfortunately, we missed the heatwave, but still managed to enjoy the beautiful beaches. This was my first visit to the Llyn, but won’t be the last! I would definitely use Nefyn Holidays again, it was easy to book and the cottage was good value for money. Thank you for a great holiday!

Roomy and well equipped
This was our second stay – and we love the property. It is roomy and well equipped. The location is excellent, just a short drive to Morfa Nefyn, Abersoch and other areas. We always use Nefyn Holidays as they are so helpful.
