Penisarlon Farmhouse is a traditional detached stone house, full of personality and modern conveniences to maximise comfort whilst holding on to its character. Situated on a smallholding on the outskirts of Nefyn, it is nestled in the small hamlet of Pistyll, and boasts front row seats of the panoramic views of the nearby bays and mountains, and a  perfect choice for large family getaways or a friends who wish to explore this Area of Outstanding Beauty together.

The central hub of this home caters wonderfully for dining together using the extendable oak dinner table. The stylish and luxurious kitchen adjoins the dining/entertainment area and is fully equipped with a traditional double oven, 6-ring hob with hot plate, large American-style fridge/freezer with wine cooler, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/drier, integrated coffee-maker, microwave, etc. The entertaining area features a 42” TV, Sky TV and a cupboard full of DVDs for any rainy days! The full length patio doors open out onto the raised patio/balcony area and take full advantage of the sea view.  Here you can sit and experience the magnificent sunsets over Nefyn bay, whilst enjoying a glass of wine with your barbecue.  On the ground floor there is also a separate lounge, with comfortable corner  sofas, a cast-iron multi-fuel stove, and a 42” TV with Sky and a  DVplayer.  On this floor there is also a dining room and shower room/toilet – perfect for guests who may prefer to avoid the stairs.  Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (one of which enjoys a superb, dual-aspect view of the sea), as well as a fitted bathroom/toilet with a shower bath and whirlpool.  N.B. The  (1D 1S) room  consists of a King-size double and a single. This can be converted to 3 singles if required.

With the inclusion in the rental of all fuel costs (including gas central heating) and a complimentary basket of wood,  bed linen, and Wi-Fi, this is a quality holiday property with a contemporary, relaxed feel, combined with all the comforts of home. If you require a change of linen mid-holiday this will be charged at £5 per bed. Towels can be provided at £5 per person per week.

Ample parking for cars/boats.  Extra guests can be accommodated in a barn conversion within the grounds – see our No.58 for full details – or on a nearby small, quiet campsite if required.  Two well-behaved dogs welcome – 1st dog free; 2nd dog £3 per night. All guests are kindly greeted with a Welcome Hamper – lovingly put together using local Welsh produce and Free-Range Eggs from our own happy hens.

N.B. Changeover times for this property are departure before 12 midday and arrival after  6 p.m

COUPLES DISCOUNTS
This property offers a Couples Discount of £100 in price bands C & D provided that only 1 bedroom is used. If you are claiming this discount, you MUST indicate this by writing “Claiming Couples Discount” on the booking form, where it says, “Details of your party: Please tell us how your party is made up. Enter the number of adults, children, and pets in the box below.”

If you correctly follow this procedure we will automatically deduct the relevant amount from your final balance when we confirm your booking. Alternatively, if you have paid in full, we will issue a refund to the card you used for your payment. Not applicable to half terms or school holiday weeks.

A real find
Very good property, lots of space, well equipped and comfortable. Met our extended family needs very well. We loved the location. The campsite below was well spaced and maintained, so not intrusive. Generous space for a barbecue and eating outside. Walks from the back door to join the coastal path – and fantastic views around the bay. It was so nice to deal with a small local company such as Nefyn Holidays – with such a personal touch. A real find. Thank you!

Lovely house and ideal location
This is a peaceful property, with lovely views and in a good location. The house was clean on arrival, and is in a nice area to walk the dogs and feed the donkeys. Good location for access to larger towns; we visited Caernarfon, Pwllheli, Anglesey and Criccieth. Shopping good in Pwllheli, lovely castles in Beaumaris and Criccieth. Nefyn Holidays dealt very well with our booking and we would return to this property again. Lovely house and ideal location was just what we needed.

The accommodation is a place I could easily live in
Really enjoyed the time here. Used it as a really relaxing home to explore the area
Laid back and refreshing place to spend time. The property is well appointed and easy to relax in. We stayed 2 weeks and used the car to visit many nearby beaches and stunning beauty spots. Jackie is lovely and took the kids to feed the chickens most days and they always came back with eggs for their breakfast. She taught them where eggs came from. The view from the patio is one of them best ever. The stars are bright due to the lack of light pollution and the sun setting over the sea is a real treat. My parents mainly walked from the place on the coastal paths. In short, we would return and hope to do so one day. The accommodation is a place I could easily live in. Not once did I miss home and I love my home!
