Refund policy

Once a booking is confirmed, the hirer becomes responsible for the full hire fee even if he/she later cancels the holiday. Cancellation insurance is not offered or included in the holiday price. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out third-party travel insurance to cover the full cost of the holiday. We advise that the policy includes cover for COVID.

We provide a refund in the following circumstances:

Couple’s or Small Party Discounts – if a holiday is booked through the website using WorldPay and a couple’s or small party discount applies, the discount will be refunded through WorldPay. If the booking is made over the phone, the discount will automatically be applied.

Exceptional circumstances declared by the Agency – in rare occasions, such as the property not being available on the requested date, an alternative holiday will be offered or a refund issued through WorldPay or bank transfer.
